There are many nodes to annotate the drawing. For example, a Legend. Just select lines, symbols and hatches in the drawing, optionally map the names with a better description and create Legend Items.
Then create a Legend, eventually on a Layout, nearby a Viewport:

Tables are created easily. Some handy functionality will turn a list of coordinates into a Table at once, without the need of deconstruct the Point parts.
